Three Type Of Music Videos

Narrative:
The Script: The man that can’t be moved is a narrative music video because the video links with the title of the song. It starts with a man sitting in the middle of the street singing about the love of his life and he will wait there thick and thin on the street that they met until she comes back to him.

Usher: Make love in this club, this storyline is narrative as it links into the song title. The song is about a man going into a nightclub searching for love. He finds his love in the nightclub and starts to get along with her and dance and then singing the song to her whilst she is next to him.

Band performance:

The killers Mr. Brightside, is about a young man with his first love who leaves him and he is singing a song on how it felt when she left him, and how he coped after and what he did. This is a band performance video because it shows the emotion during the song on there facial expressions.

The wanted, all time low is about people who have gone through many experiences and at the lowest point of their lives. The band are all together singing in this music about how their lives were not going as planned and the lyrics to the song express how they feel before they go their big break. They show emotion during the song with there facial expression.

Conceptual:

Eric prydz: call on me this falls into the conceptual category because in the music video it has a gym class doing yoga to the song call on me. This has no relevance to song as the song is about someone telling them to “call on them” if they need help.

Utah Saints: something good 08: This song also falls into this category because it has a dance session in a welsh pub and other people start joining in during the dance. This has nothing to do with the song as the song definition describes a young man who is feeling happy and feels there is something good happening to him in life that present moment in it time.
